This is the first session of the eight AMOB workshops and will help reduce the risk of fall by improving balance, strength and flexibility. By the end of this workshopnthe participants will be able to identify potential fall hazards and strategies to overcome them. You will also learn various balance exercises that will help reduce the risk of fall and boost your confidence.
